As you enter the main level of Blue's Escape you will be greeted by a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for food prep & cooking. Everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal is provided, just add the food and the cook! Eat in dining area right off the kitchen with an additional large dining room surrounded by windows and a view. The living room is equipped with the latest technology Large Flat-screen TV, a Streaming Roku device, and HDMI quick connection to add that personal touch to your viewing pleasure. Just around the corner, you will find a library and cozy sitting area in front of the fireplace. The first and second bedrooms both offer a king-size bed. The first full bathroom includes a large vanity as well as a walk-in shower.
Downstairs you'll find an additional living area with a wall-mounted TV, Streaming Roku Device and HDMI quick connect. Around the corner, you'll find a bar area with a table and refrigerator. Large Sliding doors with access to both sides of the driveway. The third bedroom includes a king-size bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Head upstairs where you'll be greeted by the great room! Feel like you sleeping in a treehouse. The great room features a living area with comfy couches, a TV, Streaming Roku Device, and HDMI quick connection to enhance your personalized entertainment. A king-size bed and four twin beds Occupy what we lovingly call the treehouse. You'll also find the third bathroom complete with a large jetted garden tub, double vanities, and a LARGE closet to store your clothes and luggage. Just down the hall, you will find the laundry room. Large counter space for folding clothes and a washer and dryer available for guest use.
This home is directly across from a free, public boat ramp and dock. Walk along the public shoreline and swim directly from the large limestone rocks... jump right into the clearest water in Texas! Spread out on Blue's Escape's huge piece of stunning Hill Country land like you won't find anywhere else. You will be less than 5 minutes away from the famous "Horseshoe Loop" for fun on the Guadalupe River tubing, rafting, and fishing. 7 mins to the Concert venue "WhiteWater Amphitheater".
*You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times for this home is 14 guests. Please come and have a good time but remember that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay.
